Shipping & Returns

• You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, gifts, and the original invoice included.

• Exchanges must be sent via our contracted shipping partner, using a collect-on-delivery (reverse charge) method.

• Once the item is inspected and approved, you will be contacted to confirm your new selection.
  If there is a price difference, it will be settled accordingly.

 

 

Note:

Items returned after the 14-day period, used, damaged, incomplete, or without proper packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Defective Products

 

 

For defective items, the exchange period is 20 days.

After inspection, if no user-related damage is found, you may select a new product (same model in a different size or another item).

Any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

 

 

 

 

Corporate Purchases

 

 

If your purchase was invoiced to a company, foundation, or association, an exchange invoice equal to the product unit price + VAT must be issued by the institution.

Without this document, the price difference cannot be refunded.

 

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

If you wish to cancel or personalize your order on the same day of purchase, please contact us within business hours at info@firatneziroglu.co.uk, or fill out the cancellation request form.

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

 

International Orders

 

 

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not available.
